Kalinga Lancers, the Bhubaneswar-based hockey team of Odisha Sports Development and Promotion Company (OSDPC), today unveiled their new jersey and mascot for the 4th edition of Hockey India League (HIL), scheduled to commence here at Kalinga Stadium Hockey Complex on January 18.
Lancers also named German mid-fielder Moritz Feurste as their new captain. The new uniform will make its debut at the opening match to be played between Kalinga Lancers and Uttar Pradesh Wizards here on January 18. Kalinga Lancers have in their squad a total of 20 players, who include 12 Indians and eight foreigners.
